We are thrilled to welcome Pastor Rick Rabe to our church this Sunday, September 3rd. We feel certain that we are moving in a positive direction and Pastor Rick will be a wonderful asset.
Sunday Worship will also be starting at 10am. With Sunday School starting after Children’s Talk and running for about 15 minutes into Fellowship time. We hope this will give parents a chance for fellowship while the children are in school.
On Sunday, September 10th we will hold a Potluck Picnic to welcome Pastor Rick. Please bring a salad, vegetable, fruit or pasta to share. We will also bid farewell to our organist Christopher Marini. September 10th will be his last day with us and we will miss his musical talent.
The United Methodist Women will hold a Potluck Dinner on Wednesday September 13th at 6pm. Debbie Thomas, our new president, along with co-presidents Barbara Bolster & Gail Barnes will open the meeting with a schedule of programs for the 2017-18 year. All women of the church are automatically members of the UMW and welcome to attend any and all functions! Appetizers at 5:30 with Dinner at 6pm.
